chicken-noodle-soupHomemade Chicken Noodle Soup ♥

1 large box of Swanson Chicken Broth
8 cups of homemade chicken "stock", made with granulated chicken bullion
1 bag of Egg noodles
1 Rotisserie Chicken
6 Celery Stalks
10 baby carrots
1 small onion
Fresh Parsley
Celery Salt
Lawry's Seasoning salt
pepper

Shred the rotisserie chicken, skin on, and set aside. Keep the bones/carcass. In a large pot, add chicken broth, and chicken stock. Toss in the chicken bones/carcass for extra flavor and bring to a boil. Dice celery and Onion and add to the pot. Julianne the carrots ( or just dice them if you don't want to be all fancy :) ) and add to the pot. Turn down heat to a simmer adding Celery salt, pepper, and lawry's. Mince the Parsley and add to the pot along with the chicken. Continue to simmer until the veggies are soft and add the noodles (you may not need the entire bag of noodles, they suck up the broth fast!)
