No Bake PB Pie1 8oz package of Cream cheese, softened

¾ Cup Confectioners’ Sugar

¾ Cup Peanut Butter

¼ Cup Milk, plus 2 tablespoons

1 8oz Carton of Cool Whip, thawed

1 Graham Cracker Crust, store bought or (See Strawberry Pie for crust recipe)

¼ Cup Chopped Peanuts

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter. Add milk a little at a time. Fold in Cool Whip, and spoon into your crust. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and chill over night. Enjoy!
