¼ Cup Quick Oats

¼ Cup Vanilla Almond Milk, or Milk of choice

1 Tsp Cocoa Powder

½ Tsp Vanilla

1 Tbsp Chocolate PB2 , or Peanut Butter of choice

1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Banana, I love Chiquita

Mini Chocolate Chips

In an air tight container or jar, add oats, milk, cooca powder, Chocolate PB2, ground flax seeds, vanilla, and chia seeds and give it a good stir. Refrigerate overnight. Give it a good stir and add your sliced banana and sprinkle some mini chocolate chips. Other options to add Banana Greek yogurt, almonds, Nutella, granola, Strawberries, Strawberry Greek yogurt, or you can mash the banana and add it before you put in the fridge.
